Who to contact
For anything about the platform — a console that will not load, a result that looks wrong, a question about what a module does — write to discover@ecoglogy.com.
If your organisation issued your account, your own administrator is usually the faster route for anything about access: they provision the roster, and they can see who has an account and what each person has finished.
Data protection officers
Two named people are accountable for how the platform handles personal data — one for the European regime, one for Singapore’s.
Use these for a formal request about personal data — a copy of what is held about you, a correction, a deletion, a withdrawn consent, or a complaint about how something was handled. The privacy notice sets out what those rights are.
Getting into a console
Every console is organisation-only. There is no self-registration anywhere in the suite: an organisation provisions its people, and somebody who is not on a roster has no account.
Each sign-in asks for three things, all required — an identifier, an email address and a password. Leave one out and the form will not submit; get one wrong and the sign-in is refused. Matching ignores case and surrounding spaces.
| Console | What it is for | Sign in at |
|---|---|---|
| Logix-QX | Quality and experience audit | qx.ecoglogy.com/login |
| Logix-PX | Performance, cascade and appraisal | px.ecoglogy.com/login |
| Logix-FX | Career DNA and professional discovery | fx.ecoglogy.com/login |
| Logix-HX | Hospitality operations | hx.ecoglogy.com/login |
Signing out clears the session and returns you here. Each console is served from its own origin, so signing into one does not sign you into another — that is deliberate.
Assessments and results
Logix-FX runs three: Core & Force, Big Five and Habits. Career DNA is synthesised from all three, so it appears once the last of them is finished. A part-finished set is not lost — the dashboard offers whichever remain.
Your own results are yours: you can read them and download them as a PDF from inside the app at any time, without asking anyone. An organisation admin sees their team’s Career DNA profiles and who has finished what, and does not see individual assessment answers.
Your data
The privacy notice sets out what the platform collects, exactly who can see each kind of record, and what you can ask for. The short version: assessment answers are visible only to the person who gave them, and nothing is ever sold or fed to an advertising network.
